Question - What materials can you print on to?
Answer - Almost anything: PVC, Mesh, Flag, Canvas, Backlit, Paper, Vinyl, Foamex, Correx, Acrylic, Perspex, Dibond, Glass, The list is endless!!
Question - How should I provide my artwork?
Answer - You can supply your artwork on CD, DVD or Flash drive. We can receive up to 25mb by e-mail, or we have a Google Drive that can hold up to 15gb. We can print from PDF & EPS files.
Question - Do you supply proofs?
Answer - Once you have placed your order and we have received your artwork or design request we will produce a proof detailing size, quantity, finishing, colour matches and any other relevant information. We will then email the proof to you, then when you have confirmed that you are happy for us to proceed, your job will be moved into production.
Question - How do you accept payment?
Answer - We offer 30 day from date of invoice credit terms, subject to successful credit check. We accept payment by BACs, Cash or good old fashioned cheque.
Question - What qualifications are held by your installation teams?
Answer - All our installation teams are health and safety trained and carry CSCS and IPAF certificates. We have our SMAS accreditation. We also hold certificates for vehicle wrapping from both 3M & Hexis.
Question - How Large Can You Print
Answer - We can print 1.5m x 50m in one piece on our printer, anything over 1.5m can be achieved with tiling.
Question - What if I don’t have an identity or logo?
Answer - We offer a full design service. Whether you are looking for an update to an existing logo, a complete rebrand or are starting a new company, we have a range of packages available to suit your needs.
